I’m Raf Polus, an SEO expert with nearly two decades of experience.
At the beginning of 2025, I made the decision to launch my own business as a freelance SEO consultant, following a career that began in agency work and later transitioned into a corporate role at The Stepstone Group.

I bring a calm, experienced perspective to the never-ending evolution of SEO including the AI revolution — having weathered numerous Google Core Updates and other industry-shaping trends over the years.

I’ve hired, trained, and led SEO and cross-functional teams, executed or overseen complex site migrations and launches, and collaborated closely with developers, data scientists, and data engineers to grow the organic footprint of the websites I’ve worked on.

While most of my background is rooted in classifieds and marketplace platforms, since going freelance I’ve been expanding into other areas such as Google Discover and Google News—with some strong client success stories to back up my pragmatic, results-driven approach.
